Who we are

Nudgent is a conversion health audit service operated by Nudgent (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or submitting a URL for audit, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Submit only URLs that you own, operate, or have permission to analyze.
• Do not submit URLs that require authentication on someone else’s behalf.
• Do not use Nudgent to scrape, mirror, or stress-test third-party sites.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis engine or extract proprietary scoring weights.
• Do not abuse the free tier, share accounts, or evade rate limits.

Account terms

Nudgent is currently in early access. Your first audit is free and does not require an account. Additional audits and saved history require a free account. Paid plans will be introduced after early access; subscribers who join before public launch lock in a 50% lifetime discount on the published price.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Intellectual property

• You own the URLs you submit and the underlying pages they reference.
• We own the analysis engine, scoring framework, pattern library, and the reports we generate.
• You may share, embed, and reference the reports we generate for your own pages without restriction.
• We do not republish the contents of pages you submit. Captured screenshots remain accessible only to you and to Nudgent staff for support and quality review.

Disclaimers

Audit recommendations are advisory. Conversion lift estimates are calibrated ranges based on our pattern library and published research, not predictions or guarantees of outcomes for your specific page. Nudgent is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudgent’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the service. On termination, you can request an export of your data; see the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
