Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use Nudgent, we collect what you submit and what we capture while running an audit:

• Account data: your email address, password hash, and any profile details you add.
• Audit inputs: the URLs you submit, the page-type and goal context you provide, and any optional product details you fill in.
• Captured page data: screenshots and structured DOM data of the URLs you submit, captured by an automated browser. We do not require login credentials and we do not capture pages that require authentication on your behalf.
• Audit outputs: the analysis, scores, and recommendations Nudgent generates about your pages.
• Usage metadata: token counts, durations, and operational metrics we use to monitor and improve the service.

How we use it

• To run the audit you requested and deliver the report.
• To send you the report-ready email and product-related notifications.
• To improve the analysis engine and pattern library across users in aggregate. Aggregate patterns are derived from de-identified findings, never raw page contents.
• To detect abuse and protect the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your audit data to train third-party AI models.

Sub-processors

Nudgent uses the following service providers to operate. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and lists their own compliance posture publicly:

• Anthropic — runs the language-model analysis powering audit reasoning.
• Vercel — hosts the application and serves it through their CDN.
• Supabase — provides authentication, the primary database, and object storage for screenshots.
• Resend — delivers transactional email (report-ready notifications, password resets).

Data retention

Audits and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your account record and audit history within 30 days. Aggregate, de-identified pattern data derived from past audits may be retained beyond account deletion.

Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use minimal first-party analytics to understand product usage, with no personal data linked to those events.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or have your data deleted. Email hello@nudgent.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the rights granted under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
