Before and After.
Nothing Else Matters.
Every project here started with users struggling and ended with businesses growing.
The details vary. The pattern doesn't.

VMware Horizon Accelerator
The Struggle
Enterprise IT teams couldn't see what was happening across their infrastructure. When something broke, they were flying blind.
The Fix
We unified their telemetry data into one view and added a live support pane that actually showed what mattered. No more tab-switching. No more guessing.
The Result
Nike adopted it on day one. Two years later, VMware still ships our interface unchanged. When enterprise IT teams don't touch your design for two years, you know you got it right.

EuVantage Cloud Platform
The Struggle
Five different cloud modules. Five different interfaces. Enterprise clients were spending more time navigating than managing. Patch approvals alone took days of back-and-forth.
The Fix
One design system to rule them all. Plus a Change Manager with smart approval flows that cut through the bureaucracy. What took days now takes hours.
The Result
National Grid, among others, signed a multi-thousand seat deal three weeks after seeing the demo. The unified experience was the closer. Speed of deployment sealed it.
Product itself is gated

WallStreetZen Investor Dashboard
The Struggle
Users were jumping between disconnected views—stocks here, watchlists there, analyst ratings somewhere else, news in another tab. Every research session felt like assembling a puzzle. Free users couldn't even tell what they were missing.
The Fix
We unified everything under one intelligent dashboard. Stocks, watchlists, analyst insights, recommendations, news—all in context, all in one place. Then we crafted a paywall that was actually helpful: show enough value that users understand what they're missing, not so much they don't need to upgrade.
The Result
The dashboard survived two complete brand overhauls. Why? Because it still converts half a million users every month. The paywall psychology worked—users could finally see why the paid features mattered.

FSHud ATC Platform
The Struggle
Five years in development hell. The tech worked but pilots wouldn't use it. Too complex, too many steps, too far from how they actually think in the cockpit.
The Fix
We stopped designing for what pilots should do and started designing for what they actually do under pressure. Muscle memory over menu diving.
The Result
Launched in 6 months. Became category leader in 18. They've hired us twice more—once for VR extensions, once for AI copilot integration. When clients come back, you know you delivered.
The Pattern
Every Project Follows the Same Arc:
Step 1
Smart people build complex products
It makes sense to them
Step 2
Real users can't figure them out
Confusion → abandonment → lost revenue
Step 3
We fix what actually matters
Behavioral patterns, not surface symptoms
Step 4
Metrics improve dramatically
Users succeed → business grows
“Quick to grasp our goals and delivered exactly the UX we needed to hit them.”
"These transformations started with a conversation about why users were struggling.
If that sounds familiar, let's talk."
